Click "Direct Pay with bank account"

Chose "Form 1040 - Income Tax " "Estimated Tax" Type in the year for which you are making an estimated prepayment

Click "Continue >" and the website will Verify Identity and ask for the bank routing and account information for the ACH debit.

Once Submitted, print this Confirmation for your records
