Click on "Pay business tax"

Click on "Make a payment"

Apply Payment To "941 (or 940)" Reason for Payment - "Balance Due" Tax Period - Select Year and Quarter

Click "Continue >" and the website will Verify Identity and ask for the bank routing and account information for the ACH debit.
